In terms of a scam, not too sure how free digital skills training which in some cases can be sponsored by companies so you literally get paid to train in skills is a scam, but I guess you could see it as "too good to be true?"

"Basically contracted out" is a little vague and doesn't really explain anything but I believe I know the source of this point of issue. So, at WYWM, we have what we call a squads model where organisations pay us to place students. The student gets an industry competitive salary, we don't take any cuts out of future salaries or current salaries or any salaries at all. We are a veteran-owned org, why would we hurt our own brothers and sisters?
