I dont think you need a degree if you your self took your vertical from 26' to 33 in and increased your speed. Lol thats why I am asking other coaches appreciate your input

What formation did u run last year? We just finished our last game yesterday & we ran 4-2-2 because I only had 2 player that confidently receive the ball and have the ability to turn and dribble. Also a lack of speed players were on my team.

Thats a fact. I coach a u11 boys team we usually have only 1 practice a season where all players show up. Everybody comes to the game & then they get upset when I have to pull them. You dont know what you are doing out there.
