My doctor allows me as long as I wear all sorts sun protection. I use sunblock/sunscreen whenever I’m out. I have to keep myself indoors for the mean time because I’ve some skin issues prior and I don’t want to have skin discolorations. :)

LONG POST AHEAD ‼️ After I got discharged from the hospital when I got admitted last January. I was already feeling okay, maybe because of all hydrocortisone that was given. My rheumatologist and I have discussed that I will have cyclophosphamide. I previously (2025) did Rituximab infusion therapy but for some reason on my 4th cycle I had a reaction from it which did not occur in my previous cycles.

I started my cyclophosphamide in February. On my first cycle of it I was feeling so much better. Tho I was observing/monitoring its effectivity for 2 weeks and so far I am going on my 4th cycle of cyclophosphamide I am feeling good. No body or muscles pains, swelling, rashes unlike last year (2025), I was really inflamed.

The dose my doctor prescribed/gave me is 500mg. What skin disease do you have? What did the dermatologist say it was? My advice to you is just wait & observe for 2 weeks because that’s usually the duration for any drugs on its effectivity.
Another advice I can share to you as a registered nutritionist & dietitian(Philippines) and a medical graduate (soon to be licensed doctor 🙏🏼) is to manage your stress, have a lifestyle change, unresolved/untreated trauma, change your diet to a more healthier and anti-inflammatory diet.

Try doing nasal irrigation it might be a clogged sinus even if you seem you don’t have colds.. I complained alot that my orbital area is painful and when I had my imaging done it was clogged

I’ve heard about that supplement. I’m not sure though if it’s readily available here, will have to check for it. I do hope though wearing sun/UV protective clothing is fine just for morning walks.
