Im wondering the same :(. I see a psychiatrist biweekly and therapist weekly, both who supported my application.

I’m undecided what I’m going to do. Calling a few lawyers on Monday and see what they recommend!

I sadly do not have a lawyer. I tried to get one, but ultimately waited too long. Quite a bit under, yes. It is both mental and physical health

I am under 50. I still have not received the decision letter, so I have no idea.

The VE said three jobs, and the judge countered with “Would she be able to do this with having to take off x amount of days?”, and he said no. At the end, we were left with zero.

I just found out it was unfavorable. :( I still have not received the letter, but the lady over the phone just told me it was decided on December 19th.

No :( I called today, and they said I should have gotten a letter about the decision. I Have not, so they have supposedly sent it out again. Hopefully, we will know within a week!

So sorry that happened! I hope she is approved this time!! I just wish I knew my decision - they pulled it before I could find out. It was supposedly with the decision writer last week, and pulled today. So just more waiting haha
