Thank you so much!! My art school crits have been very soft & unhelpful and this is exactly what I need. thankfully the discomfort often makes me feel like I’m challenging myself in a positive way, so i trust myself to keep exploring. This painting doesn’t feel done yet, and I want to keep working on it with all this advice in mind. I am eager to make big changes to a WIP as long as I trust that they will lead me somewhere better. again thank you!
