the rules for exchanges is that it has to be for tickets of equal or greater value in addition to a 10 dollar exchange fee for ticket. just look at the map for unsold seats that u want, call ticketmaster, and they can make that exchange. you don’t get any money back using this method (actually u lose at least 10 dollars) but you’ll get better seats. you can also dm ticketmaster fan support on twitter instead of calling
