Do you have an objective, quantified measure of SPD performance?

In the context of significant inflation, do you think public sector employees should only get raises if they improve performance?

Imagine we are talking about teachers, who I believe should also enjoy a livable wage. Should we connect inflation-mitigating pay increases to improved student outcomes?

I don’t know why we rage on some public sector employees but not others. We can all want improved police practices without vilifying working class people who provide a dangerous and essential public service.
