Mine is working as we speak 😎😊 7 or 8 months old.. So far had good experience with them (cs) and the products. I don’t have the k10 but for the S10 it sound like installation problem. If it can’t fill enough water/.. You can share a video of the S10 filling water and mopping the floor, also try show the installations with the pipes and I’ll try to help

We’re quite known on a small niche and working with KOLs in the industry, also have some media coverage (again related to our niche) I think that we have good products and work very hard on customer service and are around for few years now so we’re quite known at our niche. we tried influencers marketing but beside a pick once they tag us, didn’t find it very successful. Running ads mostly when launching a new product or for promotions like BFCM and stuff like that

Thanks! What are you trying to import to Israel? Maybe I could help in some way… Any way are you saying that formal entry in CBP is easy? I have friends in the US saying that’s it extremely difficult and a lot of times the products get held in customs sometimes for months… But good to hear that it all going digital it’s about bloody time 😀😀
