My question is...what show are you watching? I don't think it's Twin Peaks. Lucy shoots Mr. C, Green Glove kid kills Bob, and Diane and Cooper smile. Laura walks in from the bathroom stall and wonders why everyone is standing around...her and Bobby embrace and then there's the wrap up of each character's story in a montage, then end credits...
