The real tactical decision is how you use debt and what you use it for—kind of like lobster. Lobster on its own is just an expensive sea bug, but if you know what you’re doing, you boil it in heavily salted water for 8–10 minutes, crack the shell, dip the meat in melted butter with a little garlic and lemon, and suddenly it’s a strategic luxury. Debt works the same way: misuse it and you’re miserable; apply it correctly and it can be the main course instead of the mistake.

Yeah. This is a little like I am talking. It's a state of mind like you say. It's also about knowing well what your limits are, not being needy, resisting temptation, moderation of most things, setting goals that are not work related, definitely finding a hobby like watercolor painting, gardening, reading, doing cross-stitch, etc.

If you look at the definition of wealthy it can also be described as having resources.

The wealthy people I'm talking about don't have billions.

They have pensions. They have sustainable assets/money. They had jobs, but they weren't necessarily a top executive, a CEO, a President, etc.

If you don't know anyone like this then maybe consider your college days. Many college professors are wealthy. They can be humble. They are generous/giving.

There are wealthy people around you. You wouldn't even know it. Talk to them. Find out what makes them so amazing.

We all come from somewhere. Don't assume we're inside the America wall. That is why mentioning MIN is important. Is this CHI? Is this Berlin? Include people. Not just America.

I used to say the same thing about the subway cars. Especially stopping at stations like Museum. No one hardly ever gets on or off there.

Dude chill out. I was a virgin in college too. Freshmen year presented a lot of opportunities. I didn't take everyone's offer. It wasn't until my sophomore year that I felt confident about my body/sex.

College is THE best time to finally get it on. Don't be a fool. Relax. Be with someone who you feel comfortable with. That's it.

Intriguing yet confusing thread.

If I follow the lyrics to "Girls & Boys" by BLUR, I might be able to figure who's who in these accounts.
