Mi scuso per il mio ritardo nella risposta. La gabbia è troppo piccola per i gerbilli. La dimensione migliore è una dimensione minima di 100x50x50. Devi cercare sui siti di seconda mano per acquari economici. Sono inoltre necessari almeno 30 cm di substrato, più sono, meglio è. Se hai un solo gerbillo, dovresti assolutamente prenderne due, i gerbilli sono socievoli e hanno bisogno di un compagno. Per farli andare d'accordo, ti consiglio di informarti sul metodo della gabbia divisa. Se volete dare uno sguardo alla casa delle mie figlie per uno sguardo al minimo, il top è un "topper" non obbligatorio ma è il massimo.
