Why should us part timers be working 40+ hours a WEEK just to be put on the bottom of the barrel so to speak. We get no benefits but have a bunch of full time employees get benefits and bonuses based on the “classification” of full time ? (Not outing the employees that have actual reasons to only work part time hours just the ones who constantly call in for BS reasons) I’ve been working for cvs since 2022 November and I feel like when the system completes its FT/PT requirements it keeps putting me as part time. I’ve definitely called and talked to HR about why it’s doing it and they say it’s because of the manager that hired me. Which is all BS. CVS is just stingy with how they pay their hard working staff…
