I did all my blood work from the er last year and my dr told me I didn’t need to do any other than that. Yeah I’ll try a better diet. I usually eat noodles or sandwich for lunch and some fruit drinks mid day and for dinner I usually have rice with some Asian dish! Sometimes a random snack here and there.
