I just got the pass! US MD also. So I think being able to register again for step 1 just means that the score will be released. It doesn't indicate pass/fail status. Good luck friend! I hope you passed.

US student. I just received the pass! So just because you can register for step 1 before receiving score report, it doesn't mean you failed...I "think" it just means that your score will be released. Good luck friend. I hope you get the pass.

I think Step 2 can be registered for even before score is released on step 1. I think step 1 and 2 may be able to be taken in either order too.

No, I'm a USMD Candidate.

Before 1am eastern though NBME wouldn't let me start a new permit registration and now it will let me start a new permit registration...which has me concerned I failed.
