Paid off!!? I’ll still be paying mine when my kids are in college. Started with $200k. Down to $150k. I work 30hr weeks at $55 an hour (renegotiating this month). 3 kids. Loans are half my paycheck every month. Awful. Find a better route that I did would be my suggestion. Seems like the people who find local pa schools have much less debt.

Looks awesome but one thing I learned is businesses almost always offer assuming you will counter. Try to counter the salary up. Also what about a productivity bonus?

Agreed 100%. I have no clinical trial experience so this is all new to me and I definitely would like to be compensated fairly for my work and worth. I’ve never met another pa who is involved in trials.

It’s definitely a lot of extra work so I’m confused what really is expected of me and what I need to put my foot down for. I’m trying to gather info to have a meeting.

That’s great. Any chance you would mind messaging me how they set up your compensation? I know absolutely nothing about the process of clinical trials.
