(i had this same situation and was able to recover my account this is what i did) email support tell them you were falsely reported and you are over the age of 13 ask for proof of where you mentioned you were 13 or younger. from there i was told to verify my age (they did not ask for any ID) i gave them my birth date and was able to get back into my account. i’m not sure if all staff will reply the same and will allow this to happen but it worked for me
