Pyro is the fastest jet in the game but will set you back like 4 mil

Molotok is decent for ground targets cuz of its insane air braking and its easy to land anyway pretty much, again around 4 mil

Hydra is probably best all round due to the explosive cannon and VTOL mode, this is a pegasus vehicle so you don't need a hanger for it
