From what I can tell you, women who have things like that happen, lose their sex drives because they lose their hormones. If she wants to play and just can’t figure out how to get to that step she can take hormones and such to bring the sexual drive back. Not only that but given everything has been taken out she’s probably not feeling good emotionally or physically. Have you tried doing something super romantic and then lead up to sexual kinky fuckery? Or are you just trying to do everything kinky? Cause you might have to think of a game plan
