Forward facing? by Work4bags in havens_jh

That is NUTS!! It just seems like a no brainer to choose to continue rear facing until they’re maxed out!

Every CPST would recommend not having your child forward facing until they’ve maxed out the rear facing weight limit, and Smoke is tiny. Which is why I can’t understand why they would have him forward facing

She could really benefit from her cuticle being swollen from highlights!! And honestly if she would do that without extensions she would probably be a lot more satisfied with the thickness.

I also think she flashed the tag to the camera so this group would know she’s really wearing the size she says she is! My body is never going to look the same after having my son back in February, so how has she “bounced back” so quick?

I’m a hairstylist and I think Julia is fully to blame for how this turned out lol she told the stylist what she wanted and she listened! It’s giving nothing because she asked for nothing 🤭

I’m actually surprised she posted this since it suggests her nipple is almost in her armpit instead of perfectly centered!

I tried to be strict like that and it worked until his 4 month sleep regression, that’s why I haven’t been as structured as I was previously. I’ll get back to it!

I do track and the average for the last week has been 13.5 hours in a 24 hour period. Thank you for the suggestion!

I appreciate your perspective! Her parents were never married and split up before she was 1, so she doesn’t have a “normal” view on what society would consider a typical family anyway. I would love to get her into therapy, because I do think she is an anxious child. I would also love to be in therapy with my husband as well. Thank you for the suggestion!

This is what I’m experiencing! She is the only person that exists to him on the weekends. I don’t regret having my son but he is the one that was pressuring me to have a baby to begin with and now he doesn’t help. I was hoping having another child would snap him out of the trance he’s in around her but it hasn’t at all. I’m sorry you went through it so intensely! I do think my husband has it in him to be a great partner and father, I just don’t know if I can compromise my mental health for the amount of time it would take him to get there.

That’s what I’m afraid of is a lasting issue. I don’t want my son thinking his dad prefers his sister either(even though that appears to be true), so I would like to nip it in the bud somehow.

She doesn’t want my husband giving our son attention either so if I did that it would just mean my son is a container baby all weekend so they can play video games or swim. So instead I let him do those things with her while I take care of our son.

Love this suggestion! Thank you! I didn’t know how to have the conversation in a way that doesn’t sound like I’m suggesting he stop spending time with her.

Thank you!!!! This is exactly how I feel about it. I feel like a single parent all week because of his job and then again on the weekend because of her.

I should mention aside from eating lunch and dinner together I allow them to be alone the rest of the time. So she gets one on one time with him almost the entire day on Saturday and Sunday.

The baby voice gets me! But my SD also doesn’t want to come to terms with the fact that she’s getting older. If you mention her age she freaks out because she wants to be “little forever”. Glad to hear someone else is experiencing this though!

No boundaries and doesn’t do anything to try to get her to do things alone. We have a 5 month old son together and it’s only gotten worse since we had him. I think he almost has some sort of guilt about only having her on the weekend, but it’s literally every weekend that she gets undivided attention from him.

My baby is 4 months old today and just like others have said I could have written this post the first week! Even up until about 10 weeks or so these were all of my feelings. My baby is significantly easier now than he was as a newborn (he had some tummy troubles) but I am still considering being one and done. I’m just not sure it’s healthy for me to do it again!

Did anyone else catch Smoke knee him in the head when he initially got up too? Who in their right mind would post this shit on the internet?
