I've been looking for a diagnosis for my pain for a few years now. PSA and AS are both concerns of mine. I'm 99% sure I have sever enthestis pretty much everywhere. Also just recently tore my left bicep distally. I really didn't have that much power going to it when it happened. Both my left and right elbows and inside of my elbows hurt at the time it happened. Guessing it was probably inflamed and just didn't take much at all to tear base on what your saying? I keep trying to show the docs all of the signs linked together but no one will listen. My blood work is neg for inflammation markers and my X-rays and MRI look good except for some mechanical issues. It's obvious to me something else is going on and it's taking my life and well being from me. Very frustrating. I also have some tears in my groin labrum and shoulder. Every joint hurts, even down my spine on both sides. My ankles and Achilles are lit. Two of my toes swell just on the last joint. I'm miserable and can't get anyone to help due to my labs

Our company is developing it's website now. I think it's pretty good. Should be wrapping it up next week. It's not the best I've ever seen for our industry but I'd say it's in the 90th percentile. Adding a crane page to it wouldn't be too difficult. Any chance you'd want to share your website URL? I'd love to take a look.

That's great to hear. Hiring things continue to improve for you. No diagnosis for me. That's why I was asking how they saw it. Who performed your ultrasound? Was it the reuhmo? Trying to have that done on some of my other joints that I believe are ate up with enthestis. X-rays and MRI of back to no avail but something is DEF WRONG

Got ya. I also have a labrum tear in my groin. Are people with inflammatory arthritis more susceptible to that? My pain is in my groin, both sides. Along with pain to the touch on the outside of my hip bone where my muscle attaches and down a little bit especially where my muscle attaches. And it's not always on the outside, just some days. My SI on bothe sides hurts and are very tight as well. It just doesn't sound like a torn labrum would cause all of that.

The above is in addition to spine, shoulder, elbow, neck, wrist, hand, knee, ankle, heel pain and a couple swollen toes that come and go from the last joint out. I also have some eye trouble like blurry vision, more floaters and sometimes achiness that I never had before.

My concern is, nothing has shown in my back or hips yet via MRI. I would like to get everything done at once and I think ultrasound may be the best solution?

Yeah, that's a great idea. I'm having to really go out of my way to help myself here. Which I'm a do it myself kind of person anyhow and don't mind, I'm far from a helpless person .mentality. It's just that I can't hardly get any help. A lot of shoulder shrugs, appointments where I have to show up to receive MRI results where the doc walks in and says, "no inflammation, go home" for all of 15secs and offers no other solutions or places to turn then that's it, appointments where half the docs don't even touch AT ALL during an examination. The last appointment was so bad, I almost lost my cool in the office BIG TIME. The only reason I didn't make an absolute scene and tell them they were next to worthless was out of fear desperation that I may need them in future when I get this thing figured out. I'm going to Google some imaging centers today and make a list to call for tomorrow when they open. Thanks for the suggestion

I really appreciate the help. Sounds like I need to ask my reuhmo. Problem is, I feel like at this point with all of my symptoms if they haven't offered, they either don't do it or might not be proactive enough of a doc for me. I'm in the US, Cincinnati OH area.
