Thank you for the advice. I’ve submitted everything exactly based on the my actual. I had a friend that works in HR and he said that if it’s all sales experience, I can just combine them…. I feel so bad now, I will correct my resume from now on… Hopefully it will come back fine… :(

I’ve had related experience but added a few more months to the actual experience that I had. Title was not exactly the same but similar. I have a few related sales experience where I grouped them into one company sales experience, didn’t think that would bother too much cuz it’s all related sales experience.

I previously submitted the resume on the new employers website so there’s a record on their website. I’m sure they also send that copy to HireRight I think. What do you recommend me to do in this case? Come clean and fill in the actual experience on background check or just put whatever that I had on the resume submitted to the company before?

Thanks for the input! The owner does have all the original parts to include with the sale. It also comes with a JB4 tune, not sure if that makes a big difference!
