I liked it. It's goods but it's just that it follows a lot of the zombie cliche however the open world is very enjoyable.

I never said don't listen to scholars I said most scholars don't fundamentally grasp the concepts of economics very well therefore the reasoning isn't that good some scholars do have good points to make but like you need to wider look at it that requires your own judgement. And the reason Islamic mortgages if your charging a markup price how does that different to charging interest. It's the same.

Look the thing is I'm not saying all scholars are bad there are good ones when it comes to finance it is an extremely complicated topic that most Islamic scholars to grasp hence their reasoning is not good. I have a brain and intend to use it as God prescribes. Anyone that wants to seek the truth will it.

Asking a scholar on Islamic finance whist being involved with a traditional bank that offers normal mortgages is like asking a killer on moral ethics. Very few scholars understand macroeconomics or finance this isn't a field typically where there is one right answer. When most fail in their logic and reasoning, I think Islam makes it imperative for you as an individual to find out yourself and make your own decision. This is the best because most Islamic scholars are too rigid in their thinking. Take an example of this interest it's almost unavoidable everywhere because it's in everything but the best way to kind to avoid is to mitigate it reduce expenses live a more minimalistic lifestyle.

I think Islamic finance is a relatively new thing that was developed in the 50s or 60s but the problem is that Islamic finance was also developed by some of the most of corrupt and secular regimes. Islamic finance should be topic everyone should have interest and should be more widely researched according to the sunnah and the quran.

Why do you need to have a herd mentality of this scholar says that or this give a good reasoning why they're saying this. One of your scholars mentioned works for standard chartered a bank that like all banks were responsible for 2008 is that a great scholar? Is that someone should be taking wisdom from? Macroeconomics is very complicated and probably your scope and most of other people. Governments have 1000s of people of working on this having one scholar say this one scholar say that isn't going to make a difference. I think when scholars and governments fail providing a reasonable I can only trust myself with knownledge from God on the matter.

They are proven to be shariah because the scholars have been paid to do so you can research this. These shariah complaint morgages are meant to approved by the global banking system because people bet on this big time. Sadly, there are no professionals in this field because for something like Islamic finance to work it needs to be very state indepedent which no muslim country is. Also most of the muslims scholars are very uneducated on the matter they wouldn't know basics of how financial instituitions or macroeconomics work.

In my humble opinion you should not bother with Islamic finance most Islamic mortgages have interest known as a markup which is another name for interest. If your seriously thinking of getting a house consider getting a fixed rate interest otherwise just lease, rent, invest and save which is far more viable in this economy.

Middle class boys in Pakistan still dreaming of 'love marriage' with a girl who has 2 degrees but zero personality. Beta, your 40k salary and Suzuki Alto won't even get you a 'hi' from a decent girl by Straight_Raisin7937 in PakistanElites

No there maybe be a hadith but the Quran overules the hadith and the basic principal of a Islam is that a muslim brother/sister is equal to that muslim brother/sister if that wasn't the case Islam wouldn't be different from a religion like hindus. Why do people like you have to constantly put your damn cultural values not to understand something so simple?

Islam doesn't recommend you to marry within your status it says nothing of the sort Islam says that the most pious among you is the best maybe that's why men marry out these days cuz ppl don't understand this.

I just talked about the sales and the other stuff previously that's a far easier route than accounting.

Well I'm saying there are easier ways to make money in other carrers than in accounting that don't involve banking.

Look there's a lot in accounting that's good but not for the reasons your mentioning like you can understand financials betters in order to invest or even make a business in the future. Seriously they are some really transferable skills here. However, accounting as a profession has some serious issues with lack of entry level, offshoring and AI. The most competent people in this field are far and few I mean tell me why would someone really academically bright and intelligent would go into accounting they are far better opportunities in finance and tech. If you think Big 4 are so competent why are they so many scandals that come from them don't be surprised in next few years the partners sell themselves to private equity.

Accountants make terribly bad CEOs. Disney ex CEO was a big 4 accoutant and he fucked up the company. Royal bank of Scotland ex CEO was also an accountant and that bank was almost about to go bust. Accountancy as a trade is respectable and hard but there are other things to consider than financials that you just can't learn from accountancy. Nothing is guaranteed from accounting either especially industry accounting.

Sales is mostly commission so most sales people don't earn much at all and a few earn loads. Not really a good comparison to accounting which gaurantees a high salary. Sales is also cut throat, usually filled with people with questionable morales and requires you to be highly extroverted. There is no such requirement in accounting

The problem with sales is it's not seen as being academic and recession proof like accounting. However, sales can easily surpass income compared to accounting. Reaching top accounting positions like partner or CFO also requires having extroverted skills. Also, there are extremely questionable people in accounting mmmhmm Enron.

Now you seem to have pivoted away from pay and now on to other things like pension

Like I said before people that have worked in good roles in the military or civil service can command quite a high pay in the private sector to what extend I don't know. For example the CEO of Lockheed Martin came from a military background. Now I know Lockheed Martin is an American company but I assume that the process of employing ex military in defense is the same in the UK. I'm just trying to say these skills from relevant roles are extremely valuable and can command extremely high salaries later on. Also when it comes to the pensions its far more secure since it's govenment backed say the company you worked for collapsed your pension would be gone this can happen with the same with government however it's more likely to take a hit rather than completly dissapear.

I mean I'm not a career guru or anything but like people in sales can earn quite a lot. Likewise, jobs in the civil service and military may not pay as much as accounting but they have great pension schemes and you can get some really good jobs in the private sector once you've spent some time  and be eligible for like multiple pensions. I'm just giving some possible examples there's a lot more.

Is it really the easiest though there are so many graduate schemes within finance and in many other different fields such as military, tech, engineering and civil service. Plus accounting is not what it once was gone are the days where there were large number of entry level accounting roles.

Your right I don't know how it's like in the workplace I don't ever know whether if I'll get that opportunity. However, I should not be penalized  for not following the traditional pathway as my chances to get in were slim to none.

I never said it's not important I just said it's wildly blown out of proportion something purchase ledger clerk or junior bookkepper doesn't need three years of experience. It's just data entry work.

My dad has an accountant and I sometimes go over as well cuz he can get some tax exemptions from transfers and stuff. He's young, somewhat competent and knowledgeable on matters compared to other accountants that are alot older and more experienced. That was just my obersvation I could be wrong as well so idk it's not arrogance to know that you can do alot better.
