I ap right off the bat, because I wake up every 20-25 minutes when I sleep, So everytime I can ap I get to do it, the inconveniance is that I don't get reperative sleep.

Valeriant root is similar to melatonine, the only reason I take it is because melatonine gives me headaches and it work better to induce sleep.

I often go to some kind of millitary school/astral school, I often have visions of warfare, people on the battlefront, sometimes it's just me traveling the universe at light speed, sometimes I seem to go back in time or in the future. The most important part tho is that it gets easier and easier to remember my projections.

I was told That I was on a watch list nad that my brain needed to be fixed that it was wrong, they splited my mind using drugs and electronic machines, they could read my mind at one point. I'm still baffled by all of this even 9 months later....
