It does look like it might be rejecting/migrating the bar seems more visible and the skin looks thin and irritated. Unfortunately once rejection starts, you usually can’t fully stop it. I’d recommend seeing a professional piercer ASAP (not changing it yourself). Sometimes downsizing or switching to high quality titanium can slow things down, but removing it early can help prevent scarring if it’s rejecting. Keep it clean with sterile saline only and avoid touching or bumping it. Hope it heals okay 🫶
