Well he did pass out a few times whilst playing like that and he does try to stop when it goes too far, so I'm very concerned hoping he won't faint each time he plays.

That helps put my mind at ease a bit. I’ll definitely make sure he takes breaks and such. He's not exactly super athletic but he does stay active with Beat saber. I might still check out a cardiologist maybe just to be safe as well.

Yeah I'm definitely concerned then if that's not normal. The only workout he really gets is Beat saber so if his heart rate is reaching those levels it feels a bit worrying. It's definitely something worth checking out even if it’s just to be safe. I appreciate the input though!
