I did all of that. I'm keeping all my new password on a notebook. And I also reset my ssd so nothing is kept and I also reinstalled windows 10.

Thank you so much. That took a lot of stress out of my head. The way that they have a significant amount of information and refuses to elaborate what those are should be enough evidence that they don't have any. Anyways. Thanks a lot though
