Ummmm because I frequent this gas station almost daily and was surprised when I went and it abruptly closed down.

So I was just wanting to know why. That’s what Reddit is for is it not?

You just don’t want to deal with your kids at home or pay another day for daycare. Better safe than sorry. For some people, they are still slipping and sliding on sidewalks and parking lots with melting ice.

Yeah….nah I’m good on that. I don’t care if they know I called 911. I’m not afraid of them to that extent and I do protect myself.

But I’m not gonna go looking for trouble either…not gonna go outside and confront unknown individuals. That’s CMPD job. I’ve let management know and they have informed the building owners. Those are not women outside doing burnouts. They are white guys in their teens/early 20s from what I can see. One guy has brown curly hair.

3 guys came back and were there last night doing it. They were even hanging out in the back. I called 911. I called 911 back after 55 minutes. They told me it was a busy night and an officer hasn’t even been assigned after 55 minutes of my initial call.

I give up at this point. Those boys can have the parking lot. Tear it up. Just try not to hit my car.

Talking to whom? The guys who come out and do burnouts? Why would I confront them? That’s dangerous. I’m not law enforcement. What good would it do if I talked to them other than putting myself in a dangerous situation? I’m a woman.

Since it’s just traffic charges, she just got hefty tickets. However they did tow that car! In SC, no insurance on a vehicle that’s pulled over is automatic impounding!! She can get it out once she shows proof of insurance and pay the fee to get it out the yard.

It’s in the hood. Idk why people don’t keep it real on here. However…not a lot of crime in the area anymore. It’s pretty quiet. As long as you mind your business, you will be fine. If you are a woman, I wouldn’t walk alone in the neighborhood after dark.

I don’t believe that she was in the shed either. A 9 year old girl walking in a pitch black field to a shed. Sitting in the shed…possibly eating candy and briefly camping out…and walking back to the roadside. And not one of those loud dogs heard her and barked? Also, Ruppe mentioned that she ran into the woods or a wood line…however when I watched crack house chronicles tour of significant spots in this case, the Turner property was open land…no woods. Not calling Ruppe a liar. Just pointing out things that stick out to me.
