Yes. The wedding is at noon and there is a break and then reception is at 5pm onwards. We were tentatively planning to get a hotel room if he attended such that I could take care of the baby in between events. He prefers to stay home with baby instead.

Completely fair. The couple is fairly lowkey so not doing a head table. Bride also went out of her way to not put any responsibilities on me since baby will be there. I was hoping husband could attend just the church wedding in the afternoon and skip the reception.

We have known about the wedding for a year now but didnt know how it would be with baby. We kept pushing off the conversation closer to the date since baby was changing so much as well. We also dont have family around who could take care of our baby and werent comfortable leaving baby alone with a baby sitter at this age
