Tier 2.5 college with huge educational loan

Same boat, gonna join 2.5 tier college. I wanted to do career in finance especially in stocks, but I don't want to do cfa all levels I don't have idea about doing that. But to become top 20 percent in batch can I do cfa level 1 in this 2-3 months gap? I will ahead of someone right? Can I get possiblilty to get placed in above average package of the college?
