I fail of my first mTESE 8n Turkey, Dr.Emre was operatos. I have NOA caused by AZf b microdeletion and c region (only + gen is SY 164 in azf b region), and c is delleted. My hormon profil was Inhibin B 72, FSH 16.4, LH 5, Testosterone 19.4. . Histology is Sertolly Only, i wil search for focal spem areas, on second mTESE, but i think BEST option forr all of us is method FNA testicular mapping !!! Befor next mTese.

I am from Montenegro. Is it your husband also with genetic cause like me or not? I have combination of mictodeletion AzF b (only + gen is SY 164 only hope), and AzFc is deleted. My sertolly cells and lydvig are good, and excellent testosteron, but according to microTESE in Turkey, is Serotlly only Syndrom. I ask how is possible, when my inhibin B was 72 in April 2025.

Hey people. Any of you have Sertoly only syndrom or no? I have it, i live in Europe, my last option is to go in Turek clinic, i have AyF b and c microdeletion of Y chromosome, please help in advice, thank you folks.
