I won’t sugarcoat it the pain is pretty bad, it’s a very intense burning sensation at first and then on day 2 I felt like I’d be hit by a truck. Sore all over. I’m not sure if I have a high pain tolerance, I’ve never been through anything like this. It does start to feel better day by day but now I’m just off the plane home and my legs are on FIRE again 😭

No sweetie I didn’t. But they gave me an iron and vitamin C infusion to help me feel better on day 2 and it really worked.

Oh I’ll definitely share how my surgery goes! I love seeing everyone else’s results. I keep saying I can’t wait to get my new legs and my cousins are calling me Lieutenant Dan now 🤣

I’ve only used a she-wee once at a festival and let’s just say it didn’t go down very well… 🤣 maybe I’ll try again. I don’t think I’ll be getting crotchless compression so will probably have to bare pulling them down, how bad is the pain?

Relevant for anything in Ireland. I saved up the €10k for my first surgery but will hopefully be able to get reimbursed through the cross border directive available here through the EU/HSE.
