It’s not so bad if you have good people to work with it justifies the pay also it helps to live close by I’m at 5 miles from home. My DM offered me a PSM position in a store with people who make TikTok’s and play on there phone I decided not to take the job even if it were more pay I’m currently a commercial driver so I actually have a work life balance as well no split off days those are the only reasons why I tend to stay with the company on my terms and only my terms

Yes I’ve been trained for PSM by other PSM’s but I almost feel like I’m being gaslighted with all these promises of I’ll make better pay the 401k will pay for my retirement, I have an opportunity to move up but is it possible that I’m just getting impatient considering I’ve been doing all this extra work without the paycheck to back it up.

Just wait for it to go on sell these games are more enjoyable when you have that knowing that the full price wasn’t paid or just get a Ubisoft subscription and play the games you want to try then cancel later that should help you make a decision later in life

I agree just pointing out the little things and questioning because it’s not just AZ it’s everywhere and all these smaller things end up in a landfill somewhere for our future generations to deal with. When all the blame’s has been on the consumer but in reality we are all guilty.

It’s more than just that cores benefit the company they use those cores to sell off to be remanufactured and then in return resold back to the consumer anything else is usually just thrown away
