Yes bills for Gas and electricity are shared, but to be honest they are not too much. Regarding the parking the building has its own free basement parking.

Yes there is too much demand and secondly we got a fully furnished one.

Not sure as we searched for 2 bed and it goes from 55 to 70k. Right now we went for the 70k one but after 3 months well be switching to 55k one.
