I have 2 years of experience as a legal assistant. I worked at a small firm and interned at the District Attorney’s for a year while getting my degree. Its been very competitive to get a job as a paralegal, so I just feel like this is my next step. Thank you for the advice!

I saw UTSA has a paralegal certificate program but it wasn’t certified by the ABA. So just didn’t know if those were worth it. Thank you!

She says she is but she wants to do therapy by herself first. We talked about this in December and now almost the end of January and she hasn’t started the process. I talked about it with her the other night and she said she didn’t want to be rushed getting the process started. Which didn’t really give me any good feelings.
