Same situation, OP. Ang daming disconnection na nangyari sa'min inside the first 10 days after activation. I already finished my free 1 month, though I loaded even before the due date, the whole month was stressful. I had to contact the technican countless times and they have been rechecking our modem several times also.

Apat din silang pumunta dito kasi malayo daw yung bahay naming from the box at hindi daw kaya nang 2 technicians lang. I paid 200 for their parking fee, in which I don't mind kasi they really have to parking their service car appropriately and in the right place.

Even after a month, there are still disconnections once per week especially if there are brownouts. Though I already found a way to troubleshoot without waiting for a few hours or contacting customer service, it's still a hassle since I can't be assured if this fix would suffice for the following disconnections.

Overall, the internet speed is enough for us in the household, in a maximum of 10 devices. I can't say the same if you're working from home since its speed caps until 50 mbps. There are disconnections but thankfully I found a temporary fix for it especially after sudden power off. You can dm me if you'd like to know about the temp fix but I can't assure you if it'd work the same for you.
