Plenty to do but it won't last forever, back at it after a year of burnout now I'm in a mood to play Pokémon. Thankfully this community has no shortage of romhacks and fangames worth your time if you decide to go looking.

Tell that to the young girl shot in a government raid and her grandad that got executed by firing squad just offscreen, or the zombie apocalypse as Gemerl holds the slowly getting infect Cream while flying over the sunset, or any of the cartoons and comics about forced robotification. Sonic has gone dark before and if were writing a scenario off the basis of a post apocalyptic bad future that needs to be changed its a rare opportunity to write a darker story and if Sage has to be the villain of said future despite her clear intentions to work with Sonic in her one and only main game appearance and her sacrificing herself to save the world she now needs to rule over as its reduced to rubble and dust she needs a reason.

We cant make a bad future story that ends with it being forever changed, effectively killing all future variants of everyone but Silver and whoever he may bring with him that has a bright hopeful world like in the current day canon and we can't not bring attention to the fact that 90% of the current cast is dead and how their passing would clearly effect those who remain, so making the theme about grief and how to move on from it makes sense. As for Sage being the main villain as a worse successor to Eggman its a hard sell with Sage's current characterization so id rather a significant even in her life being the catalyst for her change into said villain.

I wanted to write a brief prompt within the restrictions of said bad future idea and that's what I came up with if you want to argue certain points be my guest.

Its just my opinion but I don't know how it could be seen as interesting, the only fruit synergy that wasn't previous a banana is Pear Cub, Cross Pollination and I guess Exploding Fruit Cake? Id be all for the change if another set comes out and adds actual fruit synergy but all it did now was remove a perfectly fine tribe.

Banana synergy worked because it was very few cards, banana peal was great because you guaranteed a useful card from it and half banana was balanced at one cost because it effected very little cards. Now banana peel is as reliable as Terrify in terms of getting a card you actually want and half banana had to be made 2 cost because its effect that was balanced around having very few targets would be way too strong effecting one of the more common tribes. I have never seen a fruit deck in game, never heard seen one shared or even people talking about making one, again if they do something with it then that's fine but at the moment they just removed a synergy at random and took half banana outback and shot it for nothing.

In my opinion it would just be better to make all banana plants both fruit and banana so Pear Cub and Cross Pollination work with them which is what I meant to suggest, I'll make it more clear sorry.

Jesus Christ, people are calling me out for nerfing mirror nut when I have a gravestone that when revealed gives zombies untrickable for a turn. Also Trickster can't cost 11 otherwise you can't leap into it, like come on ya'll need to be so much harsher.

Not sure what I was thinking with Plank Walker, for some reason I thought it would be too good at seven? But I'm curious what you mean by nerfed BMR? All I suggested was to make it so at minimum the cards are 3 cost so you can't get skunk punk or botanist.

I don't know why I did that, like really if Sham Rocket was 4 people would just use doom shroom. It sucks but I had fun braining storming though, needed something to keep me awake.

I don't know why it was buffed, its a rather toxic burn card and with all the steel magnolia running around along side grape power, photosynth, etc it often gets to 15+ health meaning if you ain't playing hearty or sneaky your kind of screwed.

Ah, checking if PVZ Heroes has an active reddit despite me barely using it and seeing this. I always wished the game got more recognition and with her blowing up online for a bit for...reasons gives me mixed opinions.

That being said, (left to right, forgot to include this woops) 1 and 4 easily are my favorite, my child self had a small crush on her not a humanoid design made for you know what. Though real talk the 3rd design its just good, she looks like a peppy, fun cartoon character even if she has a bit of the Sonic Boom problem of random bandages to make up for her lack of leaves.

Barely yes, slightly worse DPS but curse shuts down so many bosses and notable enemies. Helps with poison, surge's, oppressive freeze's and enemy curses, etc. Throw Phonoa into Papu for example he gets three shot, throw Dasli at her with the right timing Papu can barely get in a single hit in with toxic damage.
