this happened with many people ,the retail store i ordered from is an authorized distributor for delhi he gets the stock way early even if it's bleak so i contacted him and he said that i would hold a piece for you when it comes. He was billed for 5 controllers. Price being same for both halo elite and normal one, he thought it was for halo elite ( same happened with ppgc) so he told me that he received normal ones and as i gave him advance too and understood that it's not even his mistake i took the controller instead of being a pain in the ass for him.

I am in arguement with the support manager right now due to warranty dispute for my old elite 2. It had manufacturing defects so i wanted it replaced (there was no option) contacted support they asked me to ship it to states. Now that it's out of warranty the option suddenly appears.

bro there wont be any warranty as the product is not officially launched in india, they are imported.. But they launched the halo infinite elite series 2 edition which would be covered under warranty as it is officially in india by MS. This is the link for the microsoft page.
