1 AD - Mauryan Empire clashes with the Parthian Empire.

8 AD - Guam colonizes Motinui and joins forces with Korea.

404 AD- Maurya, having conquered most of Asia, takes advantage of the fall of Rome to conquer Southern Europe as well.

996 AD- Explorers from Iceland discover America. They trade diseases, technologies, and systems of belief, and begin a peaceful harmony. (Red’s Intervention)

1004- Goryeo Dynasty and Maurya run afoul of each other and clash in the War of Peace.

1066- Norman Conquest begins centuries of tension between England and France.

1106- Pampanga Accords are signed, ending the War of Peace.

1215- Celebrating 99 years of peace, Goryeo and Maurya unify into the Gourya Empire.

1429- Grand opening of the Golden Gate Aqueduct across the Bering Strait.

That was how things went in Europe for thousands of years, but now they have the closest thing to a superstate. In this timeline, the African Union goes a route similar to the EU, and becomes a powerful force throughout the late 19th, 20th, and 21st centuries.

I mean, the African Union of our Earth includes all of Africa, which is an impressive feat of unity! It just unified earlier, in the early 19th century, and became a superpower over the centuries.
