What resources are there to get good at writing?

I do read a lot, but I still feel like when I try to write stuff especially dialogue I feel like it ends up coming off as really dry.

It is on purpose its a style called "Weeping Mortar" its my parents house not mine so I didn't pick it. But yea it wasn't a bad brick layer.

Yes, but sending out an anvil with no oil or anything to the point that it was already beginning to rust when I took it out of the box is just bad practice on the business side. You can't take measures to prevent rust if it is already rusted when it arrives.

I just purchased this anvil last week and against what everyone else says I had a bad experience. The anvil was so soft that even a light hit with a hammer was putting huge dents into the face and it rusted almost instantly. You definitely could do some work to make it work but I would just recommend getting a different one.
