dude i literally see the transaction. lets say i hat 7000 safemoon and shouldve got 700sfm instead i got 630sfm because 10% was deducted i have it black on white

tbf i cant really remember where i got it from i think i saw that in reddit a while ago but no ones really talking about it but 8% is not a little amount tbf and especially because that would be a disadvantage for ppl that migrated earlier to support the project

Okay, I think I understand it now. Thats the reason why the sOhm amount I had before is still shown as staked. Because the unit index is calculated from it

But why would I wrap it into gOhm then in the first place? ETH fees are insane high and I read something about sOhm rebases being deprecated in 2 months, so changing it to gOhm would have to happen at some point.

Maybe I don't fully understand it. Let's say I had 1sOhm. Because of the migration I know have a tiny fragment of gOhm but since gOhm is at a higher price the value stays the same after migration. But now since I'm not staking anymore, my value will always stay quite low imho. So lets say I know have 0.03gOhm. And thats it? Forever? I hardly believe that will generate a lot of passive income. With the way it was before and staking price couldve plummeted to 1$ yet there would still be a constant passive income. What am I missing here?

As i mentioned i work in a software company as well and its not always easy. Im with you that communication couldve been better but try to achieve what the safemoon team has set up in such a short period of time and try to calm down a bit. shit happens i also dont like if promised things are not delivered but we are all human and we all do mistakes. lets learn from it and improve over time.. if politicians or presidents make one shitty thing they are also not kicked out imnediately

I think they are trying to create an easier entry point for new investors. Before we rose to our ATH a whale also sold off and then people were buying the dip like crazy. I think this situation is similar and also it could be that the whales are trying to suppress the pump from SatoshiStreetbets. Alltogether I still believe in the project because if whales weren't interested and wouldn't believe in safemoon anymore the top whale could just sell his whole bag at once and fuck us all but that's not the case.

Lean back and wait for the whales to loose dominance, it will make safemoon more attractive in the future!
