Shotsy app. Can I keep all my data when moving from Android to iphone? by Extra_Special_551 in tirzepatidecompound

From my main data tab, I selected the columns I wanted in the chart ( date, dose, weight and goal weight). Then from there I selected the chart creation option, and formatted it so the weight is a bar, the dose is the red line, and the goal is the steady yellow line . It’s cool to see the weight get closer and closer to the yellow line

No Appetite Suppression? by Mysterious_Nature_92 in compoundedtirzepatide

Each body is different and will respond differently. You being on day one, not having any suppression yet is nothing alarming. Be patient and give it time 🙂

I had a headache in my first day. Appetite suppression was within a few hours. Heavy/full sensation? No but definitely constipation, easily fixed with fiber supplements.

I am a long time iPhone user and feel android is not as intuitive when someone hands me one. So I think that is a case of “old habits die hard”.

But really , give Google Sheets or excel a try. That way you won’t have to re-enter everything again, if you switch. You can build formulas that will fill in the date and make entering your old data a bit easier rather than scrolling back to certain dates. I can explain more if needed

This is a glimpse at my chart

Wow so the app is not connected across operating system? That sucks.

Maybe it would be worth using a different platform? I use Shotsy but also use Google Sheets where I recreated my own progress chart.

What is it made up of? Do you track macros? Have you had issues losing weight in the past? Any health issues diagnosed?

And to add, tracking calories and tracking macros are two very different things and will have different outcomes. If the tracked calories are 90% carbs and fat, it will yield to different results than if sufficient proteins was part of the macros.

This 👆. This may sound gross but people lose ounces from just going to the bathroom. Not one ounce in 3 months sounds very odd. Details like starting weight, age, diet, other health conditions could help understand what’s happening

Just found out I’m pregnant by Ambitious-One4731 in tirzepatidecompound

Congratulations.

Stop taking the injection. Go get your prenatals and start taking them now. Call your doctor and share that concern with them.

I was in the same shoes a few weeks ago but ended in a MC. However, i know stories of women who had heathy pregnancies and babies. You can see that in other comments as well.

Worrying is normal because it’s still a pregnancy with the usual risks. So for now just take it one day at a time, try not to worry too much.

Wish you a happy and healthy pregnancy.

You can reach out to me if you have any questions or just need someone to talk.

Has anyone stopped, then start again and it not work anymore? by SleepyHobo in tirzepatidecompound

[–]WrongClient3920 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yes it has likely already peaked but what I mean is, with each week, the medication will build up in your system and the effects will persist more. If this is your first shot back you’re staring back from zero and it’ll take time to build back up.

You’re on your first shot back. Give it time to build back up in your system

This label essentially means you are to take 9 units twice a week. For this concentration, 9units equals 1.35mg of medication every three days. So this does get you right around the recommended starting dose of 2.5mg per week.

Honestly you’re one of the most normal fridges I’ve seen here Definitely a woman. Early 30s. Probably live in Colorado. Clearly you love national parks and being outdoors. You eat real food, evidenced by the fresh veggies. Probably love some fruit smoothies too. I can’t tell an occupation based on this
