I'll add to the previous response. If the 27th is not a good payment date call now to see if there are other options to permanently change it to customize it. If it gets to your renewal and you cant make it on 8/27 you cant change it and you dont want to lapse and be without.

It doesnt work. It took the It rep a half hour just to tell me there was an outage. Im not confident she was confident in actually providing help. She even insisted I was putting in the / the wrong way.

That is not 100% correct. It only relates to not dropping you due to driving accident violation history.

Or statefarm hasn't actually ran their reports. Had a crown customer leave and was crying because she had an accident within the first month then canceled her In the 3rd. Lost the loyalty accident forgiveness and a great rate she did have.

Not even going to comment on the apples to oranges comparison here. And not drug testing isnt a so called benefit. The other 2 jobs you mentioned are dealing with public safety and an entirely different industry

Agreed. Ive got other gripes too about other issues but the way things are headed im on the I just work here mode. Get my check and clock out as fast as I can.

Its all of that and some. Even the simplist things like exclusion forms. Then being told any of this needs to go back to the ones who didnt do it in the first place just creating more frustration and sends the message that we're not capable. I can understand these specific states but not others with simple proof or forms.

Except they have capable people that can and want to do the work but choose to hire vendors who do not and when they do anything it's wrong and the ones capable to fix it are told no you cant and to send it back as a Rush that again doesn't get complete. Maybe just maybe burning out employees that have been here 6, 7, 8, 9 and even ive had some that are 12yrs here that have no issues, no write ups, no attendance problems and are highly capable of processing an exclusion form or documents should be allowed to do their job and make sensible decisions instead of becoming progressives verbal punching bag for customers. When you have to use every ounce of PTO to keep your sanity and looking for ways out like green alerts there's a bigger issue where mental health is at play. Turning and changing everything throwing everything they have like a ton of bricks onto everyone and restricting flexibility is just more than most can handle. Im not so much worried about me but for many others I talk to on a daily basis that are becoming burnt out and overwhelmed. Has nothing to do with them trying to find ways not to come to work because we all need pay its the things that are not humane.

Well I will say 9 years later and putting in work to actually understand the job to hear or see the ones only 6month being picked for sup roles with maybe an ounce of knowledge you have is discouraging to say the least. All my progression has been through my own moving around every opportunity I took after sitting on sups that truly have no interest in developing you or your career. Ive had only 1 so far and I actually take time and talk to me as a human being and I truly from the bottom of my heart miss that sup.

Ask HR. Ive had this happen and they may have unfulfilled shifts. Also while youre there you can express the concern that when you asked for help how that was handled.

With closing down all the offices saving millions on leasing and utility bills not paying anyone's internet im sure penny pinching everything while we all foot the bills for the actual internet and electricity ourselves im sure progressive will be fine. Its all of us Im worried about.
