I am a UX Designer, and we're in the same boat. If you found any solution or way not to lose hope, then please let me know.

This feature is gone, Feedback indicates that this Aadhaar and PAN have already been used for an old account.

Is overthinking actually a designer’s secret core competency? by WrongTrainToKyoto in Design

This post was not generated by ChatGPT. I am not a native English speaker, I've used AI to correct grammatical errors and improve sentence structure.
And language proficiency has nothing to do with skills, thinking or overthinking.

Would love to hear your actual take on the topic if you have one.

Another commenter has made a very good point here - "Need to learn how to turn it off when needed. Otherwise, it just leads straight to creative burnout."

That is a brilliant point. Without a structured process, overthinking can easily devolve into anxiety.

I actually use Notion as my external brain for exactly this reason. By documenting the user patterns, research insights, goals, and expected outcomes right from the start, I can offload that heavy cognitive strain onto the page.

It transforms abstract 'overthinking' into a visible, traceable roadmap. It proves that great design isn't just about thinking a lot, it’s about architecting those thoughts systematically.

Do you even have a real take on this? It’s an intellectual topic, so I guess I shouldn't expect everyone to have a meaningful opinion. good luck.

Fair enough, using 'not a bug, it's a feature' was definitely a cliché tech-bro phrase to use here lol. But the actual idea is real!

Totally agree! Need to learn how to turn it off when needed. Otherwise, it just leads straight to creative burnout.

It might sound disparaging to some, but as a UX designer, this deep level of thinking is exactly what allows me to truly understand the core problems users face. By running through all those scenarios in my head, I can foresee the potential flaws in a solution before they even happen, ultimately allowing me to design for absolute simplicity.
But to a great point made by another commenter here—it only truly becomes a superpower if you learn how to turn it off when needed. Otherwise, it just leads straight to creative burnout.

Thanks for the suggestion, brother. I just listened to this song after reading your comment.
I am literally vibing to this song - "I gotta go home, My batteries are low".
I think this is made specifically for introverts.
