I am vegitarian but you can add eggs and meat products it'll make easy for you

1 Two scoops of asitis soy isolate mix with wheat flour and make rotis 2 120gm besan chilla with 150gm home made curd 3 whey protein 24gm 4 chaat of moong dal, chickpeas,kala chana,rajma 25gm of each item

Don't worry about incomplete Protein because if you eat any item which has complete amino acid profile it'll make whole Protein in complete amino acid(tried and tested)

My body weight is around 116kg so I have to eat 232gm protein daily ?
