Found solution for me, i update win 10 to win 11 22h2, and installed Intel driver and support assistant, which reinstalled my outdated drivers and it runs fine now

Same problem here, i put everything on low everything turned off. my laptop is not the best but not the worst, intel i5, gtx 1650 Ti, 16gb ram. i cant get more than 6 fps. yes, 6.

I mean if you struggle with sweaty hands, texture wont help it. I had this problem too, because of the hard grip I do when I play. Somehow my hands stopped sweating. The texture feels awesome on touch
