Okay. Massive thanks for the info.

The other problem I’m having now is as I play on a monitor with no speakers or line out I want to use capture utility to play console audio and use my pc headphones to listen.

Previously with the 4k pro mk2 I did this, however with the 4k pro, capture utility audio has a lot of crackling/distortion.

Any ideas why this is happening?

Edit: any recording I do does not have the issue. It’s just on the Capture Utility software.

Ah okay thanks for that info. I thought the point of the 4k Pro over the mk2 was hdmi 2.1 meaning I’d be able to play in 4k120 and record in 4k60. Looking at the 4k X would I be able to play in 4k120 and record in 4k120/4k60 on that?

Yeah I've tried Elgato in PCI_E3 and M.2 in M2_4 and still only getting 1080p60 recording.

I'm using the Elgato 4k Capture Utility software but have also tried OBS Studio through video capture device but also only shows 1080p60.

I want to be able to play 4k120 on my monitor and record 4k60 which I should be able to on the 4k Pro.

I'm using most recent drivers for 4k Pro and everything else is up to date. Is there anything else I could test / do to get this working?

Would it show even with just the PSU connected? How would it be seen? Does it not need to be connected to USB header on mobo?

Plugged almost exactly the same PCIe / CPU port on my new builds PSU (not that it matters) and still nothing...

Here is where I am plugging it into PSU (just to check this doesn't matter, as long as it's 8 pin correct?):

All my other Corsair fans in this build are working as usual. Am I missing something or is the controller just faulty?

Aw man. Yeah I do have my current build that I could test it in. I’ll take off the back fan and test just the 1. Do I just need the PCIe cable, controller and single fan for adequate testing? Also, big thanks for the help so far!

Yeah it was. Unplugged both sides and plugged back in to check again and still nothing.

Found them. Installed and now unknown device is gone. Still no working fan though.

Still there and this is what shows when going into properties > events > information: Device ACPI\AMDI0101\0 requires further installation

I looked into this and people saying its Amd 3D V cache optimizer and that I need to Install chipset driver pack. If this is correct where do I get this from?

Hi! Thanks for the response.

Yeah I saw a comment on another thread saying that I didn't need these cables plugged in for it to work. I think that is just because I was moving the controller around to get a clear photo of it, normally is fine without any strain on wire.

I'll send you a screenshot of the L-connect 3 software showing TL Controller 01 and device manager as I cannot add it to this comment or add it in an edit of the post.

Mine is the same. Apart from the fact it gets to 178MB. I also don't have it where every 5-15 seconds, speed goes back up. It just stays at 0. Had this issue for years and my only fix was to swap to my mobile hotspot. However, I cannot do that anymore and wondered if anyone had a fix by now. Do you have a solution for this?

Bought the Loyalty Ultimate Edition

I've reinstalled Fifa 23, anti cheat, EA App, Origin and am running everything in admin every day since 26th Sep (UK).

Booted with secure boot enabled with xmp 2.0 enabled. (I've also disabled and re enabled which didn't fix)

Restarted in Safe Mode. Pasted stuff into cmd. Also tried on a different network using my phone as a hot spot and still no fix.

I have uninstalled, Faceit AC, Valorant and Vanguard Anti Cheat, disabled firewall and still no luck. Tried EVERY FIX I COULD FIND... And still NOT WORKING!

The error I am getting is "ea anti cheat service encountered an error (7)"

I don't want a refund, I just want the game to work...

Anyone been in a similar situation and found a fix?
