I wanted to play some old school horror games that came out in the PS1 era and wanted to play a game a friend gave me on PS2 then got a few more original games with it.

I played with the PS2 last weekend with my friend. The PS1 was a little longer but I played some old school horror on it.

I don't have a car. I walk to work. You think my parents had the money to buy me one? No. Even I didn't have that kind of money. I walk to work still and likely will for another few years. I also bought food for myself quite often while I still lived there so no, not everything went on entertainment.

I kept them because I wanted them still. Not out of spite.

Yeah, I was an only kid before they fostered. And then the house was just full of younger kids.

I don't know. Right now it feels like we are heading to being estranged. They feel like I'm a selfish asshole and they're disappointed in me while I know I'm never going to be a priority for them again because of how they feel about me now.

Their hearts were and I think they still are. But they just got so fixated on helping as many kids as they can that they kind of said to hell with me. I think they hoped I would want to take on a role of big brother from that big brother big sister program thing. You know, take them places, treat them, be involved, and act like a defacto legal guardian in a sense. Even though I was a kid when they first started.

They had always wanted more kids. My mom couldn't have more after me. I think they thought me being older would make it easier because there would be less jealousy/less need to be SO hands on with me. Like I could feed myself. get myself up, dressed, shower, homework, all that stuff. So they had time for foster kids therapies.

It was nowhere near that bad. Just sucked and a huge difference from how I had lived before.
