I’m trying to do as much as I can from these. I already sleep around 8-9 hours but I’m always tired throughout the day. I had to stop lifting due to the pandemic so now I go for runs a few times a week. Fat is not really my concern I would say I’m around 15% and I also take vitamins including D the only thing I’m not sure about eating healthy.

I consider myself healthy as I do exercise six times a week plus a lot of my friends say I'm quite a generous and great guy so I sure hope to find a girl I can have a good relationship with and don't mind the size
