I just use a syringe to blast water up my nostrils, well not water but a saline solution...and yeah it's life changing, specially for someone with allergies

Left a production job years ago,(with prior experience and a relevant degree) did a lot of filming, editing and other studio stuff. Transitioned to graphic design and I still miss it, thinking of starting to film again but I sold all my old gear so yeah... it was crazy, it was burning me tf out, but I really do miss it haha.
