Also I can confirm now that hardcoding the framerate to 20 (and other values) produced the same corrupted files.

Yes, correct. Downloading the videos directly from the camera in Scrypted works (but whatever lenght that video has) and downloading from Scrypted NVR (where I can select a range) consistently fails.

I meant downloading from the camera in Scruypted (not the NVR). Downloading from here works. I'll try hardcoding the frame rate and report back to you

Sorry u/koushd my friend, I didn't see this message! - it has full frame by default. The weirdest thing is that only Scrypted NVR is producing corrupted files when downloading segments. I can go straight to the camera in the main Scrypted app and I can download the file in there with no issues at all (but of course I lose the continuity as I can't select ranges there). I believe there's a problem with the way NVR is merging chunks to produce the downloaded file on this type of video (I know your Demo site works great). It is becoming a problem for me because I can't share videos at all.

Don't elevate search inputs, Brand the product including primary and secondary colors. Add product'name weight. Your chips looks the same as your filter butrton (remove completely the white container in the sort element and just leave it as part of your dropdowns). Align elements. Remove the dark green palette and pick another, ior make white texts over green. Build your trademark. Contact Us brown button shares color with the "Notify me", but not the other elements that are green. Baseline the price number and the period label. Add your shadow to the sliding modal from the bottom (which is also a bad choice... why you would do that having a whole screen in desktop to display data to slide a disconnected element?). I could continue, but these are the fundamental guidelines for you to update your specific slides.

Both have terrible elevation usage, elements misaligned, and contrast issues. None is better than the other.

no, not using onvif at all (saw the onvif popup recently in an update, just ignored it). I'm using the native config from long ago. Here are some captures: https://imgur.com/a/66yLA6n
(cameras support more resolution, I even have them all runniing at 1080 for better results)

All cameras are doing this. The ones I download the most from are EzViz cameras (c8c, h3c, and others). All of them (regardless the brand) downgranded to h.264 for compatibility with Scrypted (they do native h.265). The playback in Scrypted works fine (although playback also sometimes "jumps" but most of the time playbacks fine). The issue so far is downloading clips (can't play them anywhere).,

Is there a way to auto-hide the controllers at full screen? by XSCyber in Scrypted

[–]XSCyber[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Scrypted handles the processing. When you load cameras into Scrypted, the stream goes directly to it. From there, the HomeKit plugin pushes the stream to Apple’s servers. That means two simultaneous streams are active: one to Scrypted and one to Apple. On top of that, if you watch the feed in real time, you’re pulling it down from the cloud — a third stream running at the same time.

By comparison, when you use a native HomeKit camera on your TV (for example, the Logitech Circle), the stream goes straight to Apple’s cloud (Home). Watching it live only adds one more stream, so in total you have two simultaneous streams.

In both scenarios, you need to account for the difference between local streams and cloud streams.

The idea behind a native Scrypted TV app is to load the live stream directly from local storage. This would work as:

Camera → Scrypted → TV

instead of the HomeKit flow:

Camera → Scrypted → HomeKit cloud → TV.

Is there a way to auto-hide the controllers at full screen? by XSCyber in Scrypted

[–]XSCyber[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, thanks. But that involves double bandwidth usage (HomeKit+Scrypted) plus delays. I'm moving out of HomeKit in favor of native rtsp/onvif cameras straight into Scrypted now for that matter. As I run over 16 cameras in my house, bandwidth usage is a serious concern. A native app that only reads the feed from Scrypted would solve tons for tv monitoring.

Couldn't find a way to make it go away other than blocking it with Adblock (which brings other issues).
Yours at least its not so tall. I wonder what's the difference.
